    • Your Payment information is encrypted in such a way that it remains highly secured through our Payment Gateway.
  • Can I use my Credit Card to make the Payment?
    • Yes you can use your Credit Card to make the Payment Online.
      Just for your information that our Payment Gateway accepts both Debit & Credit cards for the Payments.
  • When will I receive a Voucher after making an Online Payment?
    • You will receive a Voucher immediately on your Mail once you make the Payment Online. If not, you will receive within 2 hrs.
  • Can I display the E Voucher at the time of my Tour?
    • Yes you can display the E Voucher at the time of your Tour but in a few cases like Tickets or such the concerned organisations may ask you to produce a Hardcopy of the Ticket some may even ask you for Photo identification proof so we highly recommend you to discuss it with our Sales Representatives in case of any doubts.
  • How can i cancel my Booking?
    • You can cancel your Booking directly via Email.If your Booking falls within our Cancellation Policy you will be eligible for the Refund according to the current status of your Cancellation Policy.
  • Can I get a full refund?
    • Please refer to cancellation policy of the product.

      Note: Card charges of 2% on UAE issued cards and 3% on International cards will be deducted on all refunds.
  • What if I am eligible for Refund according to your Cancellation Policy?
    • If your eligible for a full or a part Refund according to our Cancellation Policy the amount will be Refunded back to your Account within 10 to 15 working days.

  • How will you Refund the amount back to your Account?
    • The amount will be Refunded back to your Account Online. At the same time you will also be assisted with a Screenshot of the Online transaction of your Refund.
